Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential.  No information will be released to anyone without written authorisation from you, except as required by law.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

Cancellation: Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, the full price of the appointment will be charged. If you need to reschedule or cancel because of an emergency, please notify VMW Therapies as soon as possible.

No refunds: There are no refunds for services that have been rendered.
